Laser Cutting

DJN Limited has made significant investment in to state of the art machinery in recent years, including the Laser Cutter. This laser-cutting machine enables us to turn around metal cutting projects quickly, efficiently and incredibly accurately.

Hi-Definition Plasma

Along with our laser, we also have a state of the art hi-definition plasma which can cut sheet metal up to 25mm thick.

CNC Punching

With our CNC punches capable of high-speed shear cutting, we are capable of CNC punching sheet metal for small to medium run lengths. With a working range of 3000mm x 1500mm sheet and a large tool library which we’ve built up we are able to react to customer’s needs.

MIG

Here at DJN Limited, we employ a highly-skilled and experienced team of metal welders and fabricators with the skills and capability to carry out metal inert gas welding in large quantities. It is a technique which is widely used in the metal welding and fabrication industry on aluminium and light steel and is commonly referred to as MIG welding.

TIG

Our skilled workforce can also fabricate using the TIG welding method. Tungsten Inert Gas welding is comparatively more complex and difficult to master and is slower than most other metal welding techniques. However, for those precision finish, high quality products made from mild steel that need an exceptionally neat weld, TIG welding is way to go!

SPOT

Whether you have a need for spot welding stainless steel or spot-welding aluminium we can provide you with the capacity, skills and techniques to produce your finish, fabricated product to the highest standards economically and safely.

Powder coating

We have in-house powder coating facilities. This enables us to produce a high-quality paint finish in any colour or texture.

Our high-quality finish is achieved by applying a magnetic charge to the product, which then ensures our polyester particles with the opposite magnetic charge stick to the surface. The product is then heated to seal the finish. With this procedure, we can do any colour or stain, on both steel and aluminium.

Wet spray

Our newly installed wet spray booth also enables us to offer another paint finish to our clients.

Wet spray is a traditional surface coating method by which we apply a liquid coating (Zinc Silicate, Epoxy, Polyurethane or Glass Flake Epoxy) to a prepared surface.

The booth is capable of wet spraying products up to 2.5m (H) x 2.6m (W) x 4m (L), in various RAL specified colours.

Galvanising

We also offer the option of galvanising any project. This the process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron, to prevent rusting. We use the traditional method of galvanising, which is hot-dip galvanizing, in which the parts are submerged in a bath of molten zinc.

Premium Hydraulic Guillotine

We have a premium hydraulic guillotine, capable of cutting up to 10mm thick metal sheet.

Automatic
Bandsaws

For precise cutting spanning a capacity of approximately from 20mm to 300mm in section we have 2 fully automatic bandsaws.

Semi-Automatic Bandsaws

A further 3 bandsaws are capable of cutting to customers’ engineering requirements, either sawing to size or weight, cross-cutting or sectioning of material.

We have the facilities to cut bar, plate, billet, tube, ring, structural section, forgings and castings in most machinable materials including carbon, nickel alloys and non-ferrous material.
