DJN Limited completed this balcony balustrade installation at Eldon House – Gosforth in January 2022.
The balustrade design was made up of circular hollow section baluster posts and top rail with perforated infill panels, all powder coated RAL 7016 (including all fixings).
A complex project, delivered in a tight timescale, which required the full installation to be done from MEWP’s.
It didn’t come without its challenges but it’s great to see this one get over the line.
We recently completed this viewing platform installation (August 2021) for a client based in Seaham, Sunderland.
The project included a steel frame, durbar flooring and SHS balustrade. All manufactured, painted and installed by DJN Limited

We’ve just completed this spiral staircase for our clients Rosebirch at the Vertu Honda Showroom in Stockton.
We worked with the client to create a bespoke feature staircase that creates a different feel to the showroom space.
The staircase is powder coated bright white and finished with a stainless steel top rail.

We’ve had a busy start to 2021, completing this glass balustrade and steel stair.
The project was delivered for a private developer on the new Spire View site at Humbledon Hill, Sunderland.
Perched high on a Sunderland hilltop, that dates back to the Bronze Age, stands the Spire View site, an exclusive development boasting breath-taking views out towards the city’s iconic new landmark.
The stair was designed by Building Design [Northern] Ltd. and manufactured/installed by DJN Limited (woodwork supplied by others). The glass balustrade and steel stair fuse seamlessly with natural stone walls and stunning wood detailing, to create a modern aesthetic that is sympathetic to the site’s situation.
In December 2020 DJN Limited finished this spiral stair and balustrade installation.
In keeping with the sites style, we created an industrial look by applying a clear lacquer to the raw metal frames.
The project was delivered in a tight timescale to ensure the clients tenants could move in before the Christmas break.

In October 2020 DJN Limited completed this installation of a mezzanine floor and access stair for our clients Hall Construction Services Limited in Durham.
With the help of MRSD Detailing Ltd we were able to design a space that utilised the factories existing steel frame to create a mezzanine floor which now has over 80m2 of storage space.
The structure compromised of a steel frame, purlins, kee klamp handrail 38mm OSB flooring and galvanised access stair. All manufacture and installed by the team at DJN Limited.

DJN Limited completed this mirror finished stainless steel and glass balustrade installation at a site in Hartlepool.
The balustrade, spanning 5 floors was manufactured in our factory and the glass supplied by Peterlee Glass.
Stainless steel mirror polishing is a surface treatment of stainless steel tubes. It is a finish that is smooth enough to provide a reflective surface and looks great.

Another staircase designed, manufactured and installed by the DJN Limited team.
This ambulant staircase is bigger than our usual staircase installations, with deeper treads and wider landings. This is to give a means of access for ambulant disabled people.
The stair was constructed from a galvanised steel frame, durbar treads and punched aluminium panels, powder coated in our factory.
We also installed over 50 meters of galvanised key clamp to the mezzanine floor inside the building.
This bespoke fire escape stair and bridge was designed, manufactured and installed by the DJN Limited team.
The stair is constructed using a galvanised steel frame with punched aluminium panels, powder coated dark grey.

In May 2020 DJN Limited completed our final delivery of external benches for our clients Hill Cross Furniture
We manufactured and delivered 60 no. benches in total, including stainless steel heat pendants (timber and electronics supplied by others).
The units were powder coated at our factory. We powder coated the bench frames in a matt dark grey (RAL 7021) and the stainless steel heat pendants with a metallic copper.
It was a great project to be a part of and we’re looking forward to seeing them in restaurants when lock down is over!
